CUSTOM MANUFACTURING CASEGOODS:
Most of our manufacturing is custom pieces according to designer specifications.
We receive the detailed drawing, material and finish specification from your designer and we manufacture to this design. Click on individual thumbnails for examples of custom room pieces. Thumbnails

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING DOORS AND MILLWORK:
We will continue your design concepts into doors and millwork. Using an special wood or stain color for your furniture? Have your doors , casing and baseboards manufactured in the same.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Only quality materials are used. Kiln-dried lumber at consistent moisture content.
Hand selected to remove knots and imperfections. Best grade MDF or our exclusive “wood-core” board. NO PARTICLE BOARD. Superior joinery. Glued, blocked, pin-nailed and screwed corners. Biscuits in all chair corners. Finished backs. Finished drawers. Steel glider rail or extension rails on all drawers.

TABLE AND CABINET TOPS:
Standard tops are P-LAM with a solid wood edge - select a laminate from any Wilsonart or Formica library. Wood veneer or solid wood tops on request. Or select one of our standard granite tops at NO EXTRA COST. (thumbnails)

HARDWARE:
We have selected hardware to complement the casegood style. Your different selection is optional – send us a sample or a photo and we will find it, match it or find a similar piece. PDF - hardware

STANDARD WOODS:
your choice of maple, oak, birch or rubberwood. Want a clear finish – go with maple. Want a dark finish - go with rubberwood or birch at a lower cost.

SPECIALITY OR EXOTIC WOODS:
a wide range of specialty and exotic woods - wenge, macassar ebony, cherry, walnut, teak, pearwood, sapele are some of the available species. Or tell us what you want. PDF – special woods and finishes

VENEER MATCHING:
All veneers are hand-laid and stitched in our factory so that grains match. Specialized veneer patterning available as well as inlay and marquetry.

CARVING:
hand-carving of highlights or details on traditional and classic pieces

EDGING:
NO RIBBON EDGE VENEERS. We bond a 5mm thick solid wood strip to all exposed edges. (Edging photo)

STANDARD FINISHES:
Your choice of our clear lacquer or one of our 6 standard stain colors: (4 Thumbnails of group stain color photos – standard stains on maple, oak, birch and rubberwood)

SPECIAL FINISHES:
Custom-stain colors matched to your sample, or selected from our extensive stain sample book. PE, PU or NC finish. Hand-rubbed stains. PDF-optional finishes

SHOP DRAWINGS:
We provide detailed shop drawings of each casegood piece or each upholstery piece. The customer must check all detail in the shop drawing and advise if any changes are required. If all is correct, the drawing must be signed and faxed back to us. We then manufacture according to the accepted shop drawing.
